I'm trying to get "USA" in red white and blue. Each letter - Json says this is a valid code. However when loading into the game it doesn't display the colors on "Top Status". It just reads the code as it's type with <color=....

It's likely that area in Rust is not formatted, so likely won't be possible if it doesn't work for you.

It's weird though cause I've seen another server "PRISIM" use color on their loading screens. And they are using same plugin.

Pretty sure what you are using is the only format supported by Rust.
