Hi I setup the config but it doesn't look like the plugin is working? I don't see any of this when I join the server.

Okay, I had another unrelated error. Upon a server restart, all of the plugins failed to compile. I restarted the server and all was fine.
Upon the second restart, the Loading Messages appeared, hooray! But only the first loading message appeared? After the first message in the message list, it then showed the default entering game message from the config. What am I doing wrong?
