I have been trying to edit an npc but I can never see any, when I spawn it, it says it is near me but I do not see it at all. even using radar does not show it. what would be a reason this would happen?

this is on my home server I have access to. so I am able to edit anything with the laptop itself or just through filezilla and rustadmin on my other pc on same network.
