I'm having a odd error, where the NPC's are working how they should & then i'll have an issue where they don't seem to see anyone near them even if they're shot, (w/ "npc hostile: true" & "npc defend: false"). I then tried to just o.reload the whole HumanNPC plugin, & would get red errors & the NPC would be permently erased from my data file, & as you'd expect physically from my server, as well as would no long respawn. I'm not sure if this has been reported in the past few weeks, but i'm happy to gather any info neccessary to iron out any bugs if I can. Thanks ! - SG
Red Errors
What are the errors?
It seems I only get red errors if I "o.reload" the plugin even once. However, if i create them & their pathing without using console commands or editing config files manually there isn't much of an issue. The only error I can see is that because theres a "damagedistance" function the game takes that as a range to attack, which seems to function fine at long distance, but if the player is close to their spawn they completely ignore them. Am i missing something or is this a error?
if your editing files manually you may be messing somthing up witch could cause the errors on reload.
yeah i believe that is correct, I no longer edit them manually although i am nervous for when i restart my server. However, i've ran into two bugs maybe you could look into, 1. NPC's don't shoot players after dying & respawning, they ignore players until they walk away & come back. That or charge more distant players. 2. I also noticed that NPC's can see you while inside "vanish" & actually do damage even with vanish's config file set to prevent damage. Thanks !
