if you hit the Human NPC higher than the Knee the dont the hit from the shot, you can only kill them when you aim lower then there knees.

I did more testing, and they will also take damage to their hands and sometimes to their thighs. Torso, Arm, Head, and Chest damage are not registering.

Same for me. Did you find a fix for that?
