Simply as the title states, when this plugin is active, the Air Wolf vendor in Bandit Camp does not spawn. It's either this plugin or Pathfinding, given that the two function together. I'm stuck given the new updates on how to fix this. TIA.

Do you have any other plugins that are using any type of npc's? Im not sure maybe a userid conflict also can you try to edit the NpcData.json and add a few digits to eatch npcuserid save and reload see if that resolved the issue.
