NPCs no clipping and shooting through terrain
Tested this with a couple different NPCs. One was shooting me through the cliffs at Water Treatment (he was low and I was up on the cliff), and another through large rocks in a field.

Also, the NPC shooting through the rocks would run right through the rocks when I was trying to run away.

In addition it seems on higher obstacles they just fly up. Like the gunner I had running around water treatment just flies up to the top of the cliff if he's chasing you.
ya there is realy not a fix for HumanNPC's movments on land. i have been trying to find a workaround for that sence i took over the plugin.
Hmm..interesting. No way to tie it in with the scientist ai? When I use the spawn scientists command their ai is actually pretty decent around players and with the terrain - I just wish they wouldn't always run east, haha.
the problem with the scientists is players can not use them on foundations because of the navmesh i may add in scientist support but going to need a hole code redo.
