/add_npc don't work.
it says unknown command, even when i reload this Plugin

Sounds like the plugin isn't loaded then. Did you check your oxide/logs for errors?

Now it works, i don't know why.

Maybe because of a Server restart.

I do not know why it did not work but everything is installed but it is not?
