Yes. Permission Manager manages the permissions and I activated them.

You contradict yourself because you say yourself that you have activated them in this post.

In short, it is not necessary to activate the authorization anyhow.
Read a plugin's recommendations and explanations before you do anything and say the plugin doesn't work.
