Make sure they're powered, have ammo, and not in defender mode.

Okay, I think I found a glitch that is actually a glitch. The mlrs rockets are locked onto by the sams, but they try to hit where the MLRS rockets are headed rather than to hit them while they are in the air. I will send a picture here in a minute

I'm not able to reproduce that issue. Also, this plugin shouldn't be having any effect on targets besides patrol heli and chinooks. Also, the plugin ignores any sam sites that are in defender mode.
