I changed like this:

Then wrote in the console: bind o "\"chat.say /godmodex\""
The plugin is not called with this command.

Then wrote in the console: bind o "\"chat.add /godmodex\""
The plugin is not called with this command.

Wouldn't it be simpler for this plugin to provide a console command that doesn't conflict with native commands?

No, nothing.

I don't know then without digging into the rewrite of the plugin. That's how it would have worked before with my version.
