Can you please get rid of these static permissions if some exist in the config. it does so the vip1-3 is still there right next to the ones from the config if you rename those in the config.

Please go over your code and make sure any other static info isn't in place if existing setting is set in config (i haven't checked everything, but that would be a massive source for headache)
