I wasjust wondering if you could add permissions system so differant groups or players can have different settings ; admin would be able to place for example 60, vips 30, and default group or players 15 foundations or so on.

I was wondering or suggesting that if foundations are set to 100 for example will this setting work with multiple bases a player builds or does it limit a player to just one base ? for example player uses 50 foundations on one base and decideds to build another base will he be limited to 50 more foundations if foundations are limited to 100 foundations or will players next base reset at full 100 foundations?
If Players are Limited to just 100 foundations again just an example ; regardless of number of bases players build is it possable to add it to work with multiple bases so player are allowed 100 foundations per base .

This plug-in is fundamentally different from what you want because when you install the foundation, the plug-in searches for other foundations around it and restricts them.
