Try adjusting these

"Allow Damage Airdrop Settings": {
    "Players can shoot down the drop": true,
    "Players can shoot down the drop - needed hits": 3,
    "Set Angular Drag for drop": 0.1,
    "Set Drag for drop (drop resistance)": 0.3,

It would this plugins config very cumbersome if monuments were added !, You may want the excavator but others might want Launchsite, Outpost, bandit camp, arctic base, abandoned Military base, military tunnels, harbours (2-3) dome etc etc etc. (apart from the biomes there are 61 monument sites not counting small substations)

The airdrops scattered across the map are currently satisfactory. However, there appears to be a slight concern regarding the speed of airdrop delivery at the Excavator location. To elevate the overall experience, it would be highly beneficial if adjustments could be made to expedite the descent of airdrops specifically at the Excavator site, should this be technically possible. This suggestion encapsulates the essence of my point. I do acknowledge your perspective, considering that implementing this change might inadvertently lead to unexpected consequences.

Furthermore, it might be worth considering the implementation of an "Air Drop Lite" version. This variation could grant administrative owners the privilege to incorporate their own custom monuments. This approach embraces a more flexible and open-ended design, eliminating the need to extensively modify the existing codebase.

Additionally, I must bring to your attention the persisting issue of the inability to shoot down airdrops. I diligently followed the code you provided to modify the configuration, yet regrettably, the desired outcome was not achieved. The parachutes associated with the airdrops remain impervious and continue their descent at an unaltered pace until making contact with the ground. This situation warrants further consideration and attention.
