Hey! Is there a way that I can instantly drop crates for supply signals without having to wait for the plane? This is my courrent config. I thought about speeding up the plane but how fast can you make it without extreme lag? 

There is via the commands see the documentation where you can drop a supply drop on them with a parachute or plane, but no there isn't if you are using a supply signal unless you make the plane speed like super fast.
