Hi. I got two supply drops coming on one call. I deleted my config and tried it like it as default and it still brought 2. I have automated events disabled on timer. Server events are disabled. Not sure what is happening and I can not and will not use this plugin until there is a soultion or fix.

If you are using Precision Air Drops - this is known to cause that issue. You have a plugin conflict somewhere. If you have just Fancy Drop installed you will see it is NOT Fancy Drop causing this issue for you. It is another plugin.
Stopped after I removed FancyDrop. Using something else to change my speed.

Just noticed watching the Rust IO map that i am getting two planes with each "random" drop, I have not used any signals yet (been building my base last 4 days) so dont know if the duplication happens there as well, I have not had any new plugins in 6 months that deal with airdrops and this is the first time i have had this "double" drop , Been using this plugin since 2016 so not new to it. I am not using precision airdrops.
Have the same issue, FancyDrop is the only one Airdrop Plugin i have installed, if i call a aidrop, than the configured Fancy Airgrop is coming, with all the smoke and lights and a minute later the normal vanilla drop coming too to the same position. any one knows why?
