Hi there, would it be possible to add a cooldown option for drops thrown at a time?

I use it a lot, and limit players to only being able to throw 12 at any one given time for the entire server, 15 if there is a VIP online. works greatm keeps the skies clear.

that one works too I guess but no, its no longer on UMod that I know of I believe it is on a paid plugin site now.
