We seem to have an issue within the last two updates where supply drops aren't disappearing once the items have been looted. It leaves the green boxes there. Any ideas?

First thing to troubleshoot, remove all plugins except Fancy Drop and see if the issue still exist, I suspec tyou have a plugin conflict somewhere. If it works as intended its another plugin causing that issue which is 99% of the cases.
