i am getting fancy drop and vanilla drop i have set my config to "Remove builtIn Airdrop": true,  it was ok till the rust update come out 

I am not seeing that, I do see that if you have the plugin Precsison Air Drops, it has been doing that for a while and hasn't been updated.

i fixed it last update as i removed that Precsison plugin but i dont even use that now so have no clue why its playing up again 

I suspect another plugin conflict, I have it on 30 of my servers as we speak and none of them are showing any signs of this. Hate to say it but Admin Troubleshooint one by one, unload all of the plugins except Fancy Drop and see if the issue is still there, if not then you will know right away there is a plugin that is causing this.

i sorted it it was clashing with a difrent plugin

Glad you got it figured out, the only Plugin I came across that caused that issue that I know of is Precision Air Drops.
