Clear of all steam ID's in the data folder of players that are over a certain days old..
Basically if they havn't been back within a certain time frame the data should be deleted of those players.

I found when doing my weekly backups I'm now sitting at over 2K of steam ID's I'm having to download from the Enhanced Hammer data folder.
