if someone is using autograde/command outside the RaidableBases zone he can walk inside and grade every Base down to twig/wood etc.

Could you maybe build in a option that you can only upgrade structures if you have TC rights?

Would be awesome!

You cannot downgrade others buildings like that, so that must be something else. The plugin already requires you to be authed on TC.
