Stops my players from being able to upgrade square foundation past wood. Breaks vanilla upgrading too

I loaded Enhanced Hammer onto my test server and it still had the same issues I have been running into since the Adobe update. This was one of my favorite quality of life (building) plugins I have had the pleasure of using. I like most of you hope there is a way to update this plugin to make it functional again.
