As stated in the subject, if this plugin is turned on, players cannot upgrade their foundations past twig. All other building structures can be upgraded though. It appears that its just Foundations that are broken currently.

I also rectified this issue on my server by unloading this plugin. It appears that it was only the square foundations that were impacted according to one player on my server. I can't confirm this as I am busy studying for a final exam that is tomorrow. But I figured I would add this in case it helps out.

It also is not allowthing the new adobe style to be used so I had to unload it 

Same on my server as well, seems to be random though.. sometimes it works and sometimes it will give the "can't afford" message

Has anyone checked if the most recent UMod update fixed this issue with Enhanced Hammer?

Yes i have tested but still same problem
my players are missing this plugin verry mutch 
hopefully there wil be a update quick
he have update his other plugins but this one not unfortunately

when it works it takes no resourches out the invertory
i have deleted this plugin
We dont getting any answers here from the dev 
its a shame
