Is there a way to let only the player who built the wall to downgrade it? At the moment, anyone who has TC can downgrade a wall even if they didn't build it. This makes raiding too easy once you find the TC you can just downgrade the wall to twig and shoot it out.

I don't really want to turn off downgrading because it is a very useful feature but unfortunately it is being exploited in this way on my server so I've had to turn it off temporarily.
