2356 [Error] Error while compiling compiler version disconnected You appear to be having multiple issues there, but the first would be that you are trying to install a Hurtworld plugin on a Rust server, that won't work.
The second error implies that something is causing the compiler to have an issue, which could either be from a plugin crashing it else security software messing with it. I'd suggest only installing universal plugins and Rust plugins on a Rust server and making sure that the Compiler is excluded/whitelisted in your security software if you have that.
Lastly, you do not appear to have Custom Chat Commands installed, but this will be hard to tell for sure until you resolve the issue with your install and the Compiler.

According to your log file, you do not have any plugins installed or loaded. Could you check to see if you have a newer log?
Also, where did you get "CustomChatCommands.Allow" from? That isn't a permission provided by this plugin.

There is no permission or command by either of those names with this plugin by default. Did you create those?

This is a universal plugin, it works for all games we support including Rust. The only commands this plugin natively provides are what are listed on the plugin page; the rest are what you configure using the plugin and manually add yourself.
