Loaded once and now will not reloadSolved

Cannot get this plugin to reload.

After making a few config changes and needing to reload it i cant.
I put the .cs into oxide/plugins and nothing happens.
Ive tried clearing all data,config,language files for this and starting fresh but the server wont take it anymore.

Any ideas?

Im sorry, it appears it was a problem on my side at that moment i was trying it.
Upon retry it reloads and functions correctly.
I think my net was lagging at the time or the rcon i was using was.

Problem was my end and plugin works great.,
