I have a "zoo" on my server with 5 bear spawns.  respawn timer at 20 minutes.  I have bears spawning left and right and far more bears than is configured.  Only 5 spawn points show up in the /cas near command and I checked the config and it's at 20.  I have not tested other animals as I don't use them much.

I reloaded the plugin and it seems ok for now.
