Is someone going to update this plugin?

I tried this plugin out last year but found that the animals spent more time killing npcs than players, Asked Dana if he could fix the problem and he said he would look into it 10 months ago but has since abandoned it.
it was a good idea but will work if it can be made npc "safe" as even though BotReSpawn npcs are "animal" safe they get decimated when using this plugin.
