Server running 270fps. Load this plugin, server fps drops to 10-20. Restart server with plugin makes no difference. Remove the plugin whilst the server running at 10-20 fpt, it jumps back up to 270+. 

The fact no one's commented here, shows its a useless mod that doesn't work. 

I'm using this plugin on my servers, and when I unload the plugin, I get a fps boost, but just from 150 to 250
Do you running your server with +nav_disable 1 param?
