In general, there is no solution, the plugin is problematic? You at least answer so as not to wait for an answer. I understand that you don't have to, it's free. But I go every 2 hours and check, hoping for your help. Thank you very much!

The log file you provided doesn't seem to be the same one from when you were having errors. In order to see those errors, we would need the one from the day when you were having them.

@Nexux - I did a couple test, The Vending machines after whatever changes happened with FacePunch will not remove vending I suspect this was due to the introdcution of the NPC vendors, Safe Zones are perminate with the Changes as well. 

Turrets and NPCs do get disabled at Compound (OutPost), Bandit Camp, Fishing Villages, Stables. The Turrets are still there but not powered. The Scientists and Bandit Guards are also removed as well. Venders and Machines remain no matter what. I do not know at this point if they can be completely removed or maybe there will be an option in the future.

Tell me, I only need a plugin to disable turrets and remove NPCs. Shops don't interest me, can I use it only to turn off the turrets, and remove NPCs from the city and fishing village?Is it possible to ignore mistakes? or you can if you can make a plugin that turns off turrets and removes NPCs from cities. I'm sure this is a useful element for PVE servers.

I mean, should I pay attention to errors in the server console? Can't they harm the server? and interfere with his work?
