Auto Turrets and Tool Cupboards not syncing

Why does Clans not have a system where who ever joins the clan gets authorized on Tool Cupboards and Auto Turrets? 

It is extreemly annoying having to get every person why joins the clan to go to every auto turret and every cupboard.
Is there a fix to this? Thanks

Where can I find a paid option kind sir? Im looking for a plugin that will auto auth all clan members.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

The above already supports clans. The other is on a site that we do not allow to be advertised here.
