Id like the option to add them to every vehicle, from heli, to boat, to horse... with the option to enable or disable what spawns with them and hopefully someone can figure out how to specify the default radio station for them.

Its not showing up on any other vehicles and it crashes the server if you try to enable boats

Does this only happen when you set RadioSpawnProbability in CarRadio.json?

as ive not encountered this issue myself yet but i dont use  RadioSpawnProbability on my servers i attach manually without any crash while testing

may i ask which OS your server is running Windows/Linux?

Windows.  Yes its some issue witih the probability, which impacts sirens too.  If I manually add boomboxes to all vehiles it works, even on boats, without that crash.  But enable boats and a few others on the config and you get NullReferenceException
