Vehicle Radio

Bring music and broadcast streams to every vehicle in Rust!This plugin allows players (or admins) to attach functional radios to vehicles across the map for maximum immersion and fun.

Originally designed for cars — now expanded for all Rust vehicle types.

⚠️ Important Update Notice

Before installing this version, please delete old data to prevent issues:

oxide/data/carradio/ → remove Car-Radio & test-radio

Commands

• attachradio -- Attach a radio on vehicle you are looking at
• removeradio -- Dettach a radio on vehicle you are looking at
• attachallcarradio -- Attach a radio on all vehicles currently spawned on map
• detachallcarradio -- Dettach a radio on all vehicles currently spawned on map

Permissions

• carradio.attachcarradio -- Allows the player to attach car radio
• carradio.detachcarradio -- Allows the player to detach car radio
• carradio.attachallcarradio -- Allows the player to attach car radios globally (ONLY ALLOW TO ADMINS)
• carradio.detachallcarradio -- Allows the player to remove car radios globally (ONLY ALLOW TO ADMINS)🚗 Supported Vehicle Types

This plugin supports all current drivable or mountable vehicles in Rust, including:

Modular Cars

Work Cart Trains & Above-Ground Trains

Boats & RHIB

Helicopters (Scrap Heli, Minicopter)

Snowmobiles

Submarines

Any future Rust vehicle that uses seating / mounting

If it’s a vehicle and players can ride in it — you can put a radio on it.
