Before I install this plugin, I'd like to understand what does it do.
When I set "server.stability false" on one of my server I basically can build like in Minecraft but all the items were floating in the air, once the base items were destroyed or removed.
Now, if I get it right, this plugin allows the players with the right permissions to do the same (building like in Minecraft) but the items falls on the ground when there are no floors or foundations to support them.

Did I get it right?

Yes, if you use this plugin, server need set "server.stability true"

"server.stability True" is the current settings of all my servers at the moment. So... I get the working of your plugin right! SWEET!
One last question: when "server.stability False" my players could literaly build floating bridges made of twigs across the whole map or right in the stratosphere (making the server collapse like a black hole! LOL!). Could they do the same with your plugin? I fear a very possible abuse (I remember the Lord British Postulate, hence my question...)

Well, at the time I just asked them to stop playing Minecraft and they had been absolutely reasonable. They just built awesome bases (and I really mean it: really awesome bases). I deactivated the "server.stability False" because of the floating stuffs thing that left tons of junkies on the map.

In the last couple of months I had some issues with some so called "toxic players" and a hacker (I have videos and other proofs he was using some sort of esp hacking so I know what I am saying) that's why I am slightly concerned to give players such freedom.

But then again I have a small but solid base of excellent players that could use your plugin to make something really amazing and, on the other hand, if your plugin bring the "gravity" back to normal (that is: don't let the base components like walls, floors and such AND the deployables inside the bases inside the bases float in the air) I think it could be used for good and bring back some excellent builders I met months ago!

If you want to limit the player's building, you can use EntityLimit plugin. xD

Maybe, but I prefer on relay on good players.
