but i dont know where to put it. 
when i try to put it on lootTabble.json it doesnt work. 
or maybe i put wrong script?

You have to edit the lootTable.json file when the plugin is unloaded or the server is OFF, after editing SAVE the file , then reload the plugin/restart server.
