so i tried to increase the min/max on the LootTables.json but people are having a hard time finding tech trash is there an easier way that works to force it into barrels etc. 

The only way you can do it is to go through the LootTables config and add it to each lootable container, MAKE sure that when editing this file that the plugin is UNLOADED or the server is off or the changes will not be saved (even though you use the save option), edit the config, save file then reload plugin/start server,
