I used https://lootify.co.uk/ to modify my BetterLoot Loot-Table.
I did disable the "Basic Crate" from game but it keeps appearing on supermarket or oxums.

Anyone else having a same issue?

When you 'disable' a crate, you are just saying that you don't want betterloot to control it. The contents will be vanilla.

Just set the basic crate loottable the same as normal crate. Or you can edit the map topology so your markets, and oxums are in T2
