I am not sure what is going on, but it seems that the loot-barrels 1 and 2 are not updating to the config. There are many things dropping from the loot that is not even listed. Unless it will list the item if you have the blueprint included, but that would be silly.

This is a common issue as not all of the barrel prefab IDs are included in the watch list.
I'll throw up a quick patch to include them when I'm available tonight, got some family matters to attend to.

I believe the more were added during the junkpile spawns on the roads update.
Once I have some time tonight I'll post a small optional patch as well as the prefab IDs that aren't listed so people can either manually add them, or delete the config and have the plugin generate a new one.
