We got this on our server too, 5 to 15 (varies) in a row like every minute. Never found out where it comes from.
I do know that this message also appears when you press the button of a RF transmitter with no channel set. Using the word also, because I am pretty sure it is not a player doing that every time.

yes same here i dont have players doing this 24/7
so must be something else
if you unload all your plugins does the error still spam.
i think its betterloot ,cause when i reload that i get the message instantly 100 times
check in better loot config/data take it out see if resolves the issue i think better loot spawns the item but it may be spawning the item entity. or somthing may have changed with the item in rust.
Did anyone get anywhere with this as ive started getting this in my console now tonight, 6-10 entries every few mins

Agreed with it being a betterloot thing, just unloaded it and it stopped, reloaded it and it spammed the console a gigatonne over and over

Ive reported it to Default who wrote the plugin. For now I just removed all RF items from the loot table and the spamming stopped.

Constantly getting this spammed in my console.
Tried unloading BetterLoot and the spam stops
Reloaded betterloot after a bit and the spam is back, a huge chunk initially then a few/more lines every now and then.

Strange this thread is 8 months old but there didn't seem to be any resolution to it?
(or am I missing something?)
I've removed all RF items as well and this is continuing to spam anytime I reload the plugin, and periodically throughout the day...does not appear this has been resolved yet.
Edit: Disregard! Got it! Do as everyone did above and remove all rf.shortname items and it stops. For some reason it's not liking those. I missed the pagers :)
