elite/militery crates are now basicly  full of junk. no gun bodies or good stuff like you should get.. i got a locked crate and it was full of junk.. so i deleted them lines from the plugin and it didnt help... the boxes around the map are better but the crates that are ment to be the best in the game are junk..

You shouldn't be using the default config, this plugin is for people who want full control of what spawns in loot crates.
Search on Google for Better Loot Make Config.

The loot is how you want to make it. If the loot is shit, that's your fault. This simply provides a way for you to make the loot better.

What you are doing wrong is kicking a good plugin because you have not read the instructions properly.
it would be no good pointing you to another plugin as you would have the same problem there.
First edit the Config json file to what you want , which means basically adding or removing items to the rarity list, only choices are from 1-4 (rare-very rare).
Then when the plugin is unloaded edit the Data loottable json to add or delete items (and the amount) for each section, save it then reload the plugin,
see how it runs and edit the data file again following the same procedure till you get what you want,
