Sounds like your server is having performance issues in general. "Packet flooding: player tick" (from your other thread) is generally caused by the server trying to play catch-up when it is behind. The hook warnings above are also an indication of that.
Sometimes reloading BetterLoot triggers a mass kick for Packet Flooding: Player Tick.
Dangerous Treasures event conflicts with BetterLoot from fuji. since last oxide/FacePunch update. I removed them both and the server runs like a kitty.

Oxide and the hooks haven't changed, and neither have the plugins, so why would it suddendly be a "conflict"? Both threads you've posted are related to server performance issues (hook warnings and ticks being delayed). It sounds like both may be dealing with loot, and doing an exensive amount in those hooks; not really a conflict per say.
no performance issue, I have my own dedicated server. Fragnet said that its plugins issues, no performance.

so please, take this plugin down if it causes crashes/freezes and if not, please rename my heading. It happened now more often, not quite happy about it. Some plugin owners misunderstood me thanks towards it.

The Dynamic PVP log you posted is an error in that plugin where it isn't checking for something when it should be, not a fault of this plugin.
All hook call messages like you see in your original post are coming from Oxide, and are there as a warning (not an error) so show that a hook took longer than it should have to perform; which can be from general server performance or something in that hook in the plugin.

Both, DangEvent *Dangerous treasures" has also issues when it comes on murderers. Its a zerg of nakeds with 2 fans of the BlueManGroup.
Alright, let me start at the beginning of my whole storyline.
A user starts a hack on a crate, bot spawns as well for a PvP dome as in "dynamicalPVP"
The dome spawns in, the dome spawns in but gets stuck in a loop as Dangerous Treasures was around the corner saying hello, more mobs to kill.
These 2 conflicted, making Betterloot flooding the loot in the rcon tool.
As of that, DynamicalPVP wants to spread out a new PVP zone, bots spawn again, explode, the whole progress sits in an infinite loop.
Eventually, the server crashed and everyone got kicked.
Rebooted the server, everything went fine for 40H until Dangerous Treasures started to hiccup with better loot, but dynamicalPVP was already taken down. Now, I removed Dangerous Treasures Event and better loot and reinstated DynamicalPvP with bots and everything works fine.
The map is 6k, but before starting asking questions on that, there are almost none monuments from the game itself in the game as it's purely intended to be a "PvE" survival game. All mountains are minimum heights, less "prefabs" and the map is even faster loaded in then a normal non editable 4k map.

So.. 18H has passed, Test server A crashed within 2 Hours with the plugins active. Total 3 crashes in the last 18H.
Test server B without better loot, but dynamical PVP, bot spawn and DTD event active. No issues so far.
Both tests ran on a 4K map size.
Did a stress test
Massdropped 50 Airdrops with ninja's ( bot spawn ) ( fancy drop from fuji )
Server A wasn't able to handle it after drop 15. The whole mass spam of "callingonloot" comes back
Server B did it flawlessly, even with 90 drops without issues but without this loot plugin.
my conclusion, something doenst like when they all merge together. This doenst mean I'm having performance issues. Each server I own has a solid 32GB of ram and it can be even extended if needed. ( I ain't paying 99 euro for some weird shared hosting ^^ )
