Toggle to block team chat. Please.

+1 I have idiots spamming team chat with mute messages

@LaserHydra - "I just posted update 1.2.0 with which players can still write into their team chat channel while they're muted."

Any chance we can get a configuration true/false variable to specify the desired behavior here? I have made this work on my end but others might want this feature too.
