Can i make my chatmods anonymous?

What is a "chatmod"?

A player on the server that monitors the chat, and can mute other players that are being toxic, racist or so on. Thats why I as woundring if there was a setting to make them anonymous, to avoid any drama. Or namecalling in chat (undercover chatmoderator)

is there a way to do that without goining in to the code and potentiel breaking the plugin. 

maybe a config file somewhere?
