So i use backpacks together with Playtime Tracker and Player Rankings. after certain amount of hours, you will get a group and get extra amount of rows in the backpack.

I apparently screwed up a bit and had switched around the amount of rows you would get for 2 groups.

one of my players had 8 rows and was downgraded to 7 rows after hitting the next group. He told me about it, so i went ahead and corrected the mistake. But he still has 7 rows even though the group he is in have perms for 8 rows. Any ideas how i can fix this?

I'm not aware of any bug in the plugin that could cause this. When I have troubleshooted closely with people having similar issues before, sometimes we found something was not working right in the permissions system itself (such as data corruption), not an issue with the plugin.

I tried to manually revoke and regrant the permission but then i banned the player so never found out if that worked. I guess This issues won't happen again since i did correct the order of rows 😛
