The problem is that the item after being extracted from the backpack does not work. There is no interaction with it. For example, weapons: You put in a backpack with ammunition. After drawing, there is no number of how much ammo the weapon has loaded and you can't pick up this weapon. Only suicide resets items or you have to wait a few minutes until the item "repairs" itself.

I am not able to reproduce the issue, so troubleshooting will have to be done on your end to narrow down the minimum reproduction steps. To reduce turn around time, I can also troubleshoot the issue for you if you give me access to a test server where the issue can be reproduced.
