Backpacks won't load after adding in.Not An Issue

I have just added backpacks to my server however I am getting the following error.

[DEBUG] Load requested for plugin which is already loading: Backpacks

Your plugin file appears to be corrupt. Can you provide a link to a paste of its contents?

Sounds like a first time installation issue. Downloading again and adding it to your server should correct the problem.
