I would LOVE to have an exclusion list of Zone IDs that backpacks WILL drop on death in.  Sort of how the plugin "PreventLooting" has.  That way on PVE servers with PVP zones we could have backpacks drop just like we can allow player looting just in those zones.  I got the NoDurabilty guy to add this feature too if you want to peek at how he did it, it is working good.

Just a bump for this suggestion.  Noticed you working on the plugin lately.  I am literally BEGGING you for this.  It is crucial to PVE servers with PVP areas.  Because people are just "throw everything in my backpack" to safely grab the better loot (which is placed in the PVP areas because it is more dangerous).
