Armor breaking too quicklySolved

I love the concept of this plugin! Can we get some adjustment to the scale of damage though? I am going to look through the CS myself but I thought I would still suggest that here anyway.

Players armor are being broken way too quickly. WAY too quickly.

It would also be potentially a good idea to give a bypass permission as well so that you can give the enable permission for default group but add a bypass group as well for servers who will want to provide that for staff or VIP. For me I might only give it to myself since I spend more time coding than playing the game I'd rather not have to worry about replacing armor all the time.

+1 had my players stating they really like this plugin but the damage is a little to harsh, armour breaking really rapidly.

If there is a way to give the percentage in the config file this might be ideal.
Server owners could adjust themselves to a preferred setting.

+1 this mod is great for our server, but i like the damage system before latest patch. i dont know if its much work but would be great if you can make a true of false in config also for the weather influences on armor that you added last update.

I want to explain to you a little how this plugin works.
First of all, the developers of the game have already added the amount of durability for each armor.
For example, wooden armor has only 150 HP.
A hozmat has an amount of durability of 450 hp.
I think that it is clear that the wooden armor will break before the hozmat.
The plugin only reduces the amount of durability of the armor, while hitting without changing the size of the durability itself.
 When dealing damage to a player, this value is taken into account, namely, when an NPC shoots, the player is dealt damage in the amount of 8 hp. each time the player is hit, the NPCs will always hit the player's body. The bear deals damage to the player up to 40 HP.
So, as I set up the plugin, the plugin takes into account the damage done to the player, and takes away such an amount of hp. from armor durability, with a 50% chance that this will happen.

Damage types would be great if possible, if not no worries.
I would love to do big damage to people who suicide or drown, to discourage this.

Default % chance of damage 0.5 is 50% chance of taking damage : "0.5"
Default % damage reduction 0.5 is 50% reduction of HP damage : "0.5"

The amounts I give are just examples and can be changed in the config file.
Many servers also do VIP ranks and it may be a good idea to add a seperate choice for this.

I like that there are two options @Flames.

VIP options was more realistic. Anything more than that I think people will not want to use it much.
It is nice to have armor be damaged but it is being damaged far too quickly.
Chest armor is melting, just far too fast. Other armors are not as bad since they are not hit as frequently.
Against sniper bots head gear was damaging pretty quickly.

Can I try VIP 98% and Elite 90% reduction?

My server is very challenging and has strong enemies.
Players will be losing armor every time they have a battle.

I love the plugin but I think players will dislike having the armor break so fast.

After some testing @Flames I think owners will just need to adjust these numbers to their likings.

For me changing them to 20 and 30 was much better. Much less damage added up in just a single battle.

I was able to do this in the CS file successfully it has just been busy for me lately, sorry for the delayed response.

This version is excellent. It will allow us as owners to change this any way we like. Thank you!

Anyone know when this patch/update is coming out.. i run an ai server and when i saw this i died to get it but now it's like... ugh...
