Is it possible to make a Zone/zoneDome around all noobs bases. Like visible domes? MUtch easier for raiders to understand... They could event get a message saying: This player base can not be damaged before (timeleft). 

I don't think this could be possible without impacting the server even more, currently protection is based on entity ownerhip, not position so the plugin would have to check distance from every player to every near entity and check whether it is noob protected which is very performance-heavy
