First of all, thanks for cleaning this plugin up! It's super useful for smaller servers trying to build population!

I'm not sure if it's possible or not, but it would be great if the refund items list was in the config file and not in the data file. I'd like to be able to wipe the data file with a quick delete when needed, but doing so at the moment causes me to have to add refund items back each time.

I have been able to seperate the RefundItemslist from the rest of the datafile. In the next update the data files will be moved to its own folder in /data. The files will be called AntiNoobRaid.json & AntiNoobRaid_RefundItemList.json. should have an update relesed soon.
